Placement Day

Today was a LONG day but a great one, too. Papers were signed and he is ours. We are so grateful to his birthmom and birthdad and birthgrandparents for their loving and courageous placement of this child in our lives. We know it hasn't been easy but they have assured us that they know it is right and that we are his parents. What a precious gift.

Ez continues to do well. He is off the ventilators and it seems that every day he has less tubes and tape and less medications. He is doing so great!

WOW! I was blessed enough to be there when Bella was placed and I know it must have been such an important day for you guys. That day was one of the most spiritual experiences I've ever had. I can't take my eyes of that little cutie so keep sending the pics! Happy day.

Knowing what you two went through to get Ez, I cried all the way thru your pictures. What a special little guy...and he has gone thru so much just to get here. A truly special spirit. I would love to be there and to hold him...but, I have delegated that to Grandma. I love you both and congratulate you for your unstinting faith. Love, Dad
