I've decided it isn't so much about a certain number, but how I feel and look. Although I would kill to lose that last 7 or 9 pounds I am feeling good and I have lost inches and my clothes fit much better. I know a few people who swear by weight watchers and I know you can do it online now. I agree with the don't eat after a certain idea. Also, drink lots of water and keep track of your measurements. I'm still working on those last ten. It always helps to be accountable to someone. And, you have to create an online profile with pics. and video blurbs and update it every week. Although that sounds like fun....I barely have enough time to work out and blog...adding one more thing doesn't sound like it will work right now. But my advise would be to always leave food left on your plate and dont eat after 7 at night!
